Mit dieser Ausschreibung bezweckt die FZAG die Beschaffung einer modernen, leistungsfähigen
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)-Applikation als SaaS-Lösung. Ziel ist es, eine sichere,
skalierbare und benutzerfreundliche SaaS-Applikation bereitzustellen, die den gesamten
Vertragslebenszyklus unterstützt und regelmässige Updates sowie Compliance-Funktionen
gewährleistet.
Wir werden in der ersten Umsetzungsphase die Vertragsverwaltung / Archivierung bis zum
31.12.2026 implementieren und in der zweiten Umsetzungsphase ab dem 01.01.2028 mit der
Implementierung der restlichen Module beginnen. Abschluss der Implementierung des CLM-Tool
mit allen Modulen sollte spätestens per 31.12.2028 sein. Wir behalten uns vor, die zweite Phase
nicht umzusetzen.
Der Umfang der Einführung umfasst die Bereitstellung der CLM-Applikation als «SaaS»-Lösung, die
Migration der Verträge und Dokumente aus der bestehenden Vertragsverwaltungsapplikation in die
neue CLM-Applikation, die Implementierung sowie den Know-How Aufbau durch Schulungen der
unterschiedlichen User-Gruppen und die Dokumentation relevanter Themen.
