Die Anwendung «Phönix» muss ersetzt werden.</p><p>In der Anwendung werden unter anderem Daten zu medizinischen Behandlungen, Diagnosen, Medikamentenverordnungen, Untersuchungsergebnisse sowie gesundheitsbezogene Verlaufsdokumentationen erfasst und verwaltet. Darüber hinaus unterstützt die Anwendung auch organisatorische Prozesse wie Terminplanung, Medikationsmanagement oder die Nachverfolgung von Therapieverläufen.
