CFC 242 Chauffage:
Le bâtiment de l'auberge est chauffé par une centrale de chauffage située dans la Pinte.
La production de chaleur est assurée par une pompe à chaleur avec des sondes géothermiques.
Une conduite à distance relie le bâtiment de la pinte à celui de l'auberge.
L'auberge est chauffée avec du chauffage au sol.
La production de l'eau chaude sanitaire est assurée par une pompe à chaleur dédiée placée dans les combles. Elle est raccordée sur le réseau du chauffage.
L'eau chaude sanitaire est préchauffée par la récupération de chaleur de l'installation de froid.
Un groupe ventilation assure le post-chauffage de l'air pulsé du monobloc de ventilation.
