L’aménagement d’une zone de baignade en grève de 100 mètres linéaires, remodelage du parc existant et construction d’une base de loisirs avec vestiaires et sanitaires ;
La renaturation avec la création d’une Roselière et d’une Ile aux oiseaux, et la mise à ciel ouvert de l’embouchure du Vengeron ;
La création d’un nouveau port professionnel accessible au public, incluant notamment :
Des pontons fixes et estacades flottantes ;
Un quai port et une plateforme dériveurs ;
Des bâtiments Ateliers, locaux portuaires destinés aux professionnels et râteliers.
