Il a été entièrement rénové en 1960 et agrandi de deux étages. Aujourd'hui, la structure porteuse du bâtiment est en cours de démolition, le bâtiment est entièrement vidé et un étage mansardé est ajouté. L'escalier existant et un nouvel ascenseur desservent tous les étages, où une structure de bureaux ouverte et moderne est en cours de création.
