Die genauen Anforderungsprofile sind dem Dokument 5 «Technischer Teil» zu entnehmen.</p><p><br></p><p>Die benötigte Energie wird aus zwei Quellen, dem Grundwasser und der Fernwärme «KVA Holz» gewonnen. Für die Gewinnung der Energie aus dem Grundwasser wird in der bestehenden Energiezentrale der Lochergut-Siedlung eine Ammoniak-Wärmepumpenanlage mit rund 1.6 MW Leistung installiert.
