Support for bidders:

As bidder you can submit your inquiries to the hotline using our support request.
Service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Support for authorities of procurement:

  • Cantonal or municipal authorities of procurement can submit their inquiries directly to the responsible centre of competence (see contact addresses).

  • Federal and Foreign authorities of procurement can submit their inquiries to the Support for federal procurement authorities or using our support form. Service hours: from Monday to Friday from 8.00 – 12.00 a.m. and 1.00 – 5.00 p.m.
