Authentication process

The system offers a choice of authentication processes that the users must use, either a simple authentication process via password or a two-factor authentication process. In the two-factor process a one-time password will be sent to users via SMS or by email that they must enter in addition to their personal login password. A two-factor authentication process makes it less likely that company data will be accessed by unauthorized persons.

In the simple authentication process you must enter your user name and your designated password to log in.

In addition to entering your password, you will receive a five-character one-time password sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number. The system will prompt you to enter this one-time password to complete the login process. Please note that the one-time password is only valid for a period of three minutes and expires after that period.

Which authentication process will be used throughout the company is determined by bidder administrators in their user settings. The default setting when a company is registered for the first time is authentication via SMS.

The authentication process set by the bidder administrator will apply for all users (bidder administrators and contact persons) of the company in question.

If you forget your password, you can enter your user name on the Bidder page and click on the Did you forget your password? button next to that field.

You will then receive an email with a link prompting you to reset your password.
