The Swiss Confederation has purchased the building at 1535 Mission Street, San Francisco.
A “Swiss House” with a total of 79 workplaces is to be created by means of a total renovation. 23 workplaces are to be created for the Consulate General and 46 for Swissnex in a multi-space environment. An additional 10 workplaces will be located in individual offices. In addition, meeting rooms, multifunctional exhibition and event rooms according to the room program are required. The project is to be realized according to the principles of sustainability (social, economic, environmental). These three aspects are to be implemented in a balanced manner. A development project manager is sought for the implementation of this demanding task. He represents the interests of the client and ensures the execution in the desired quality as well as within the required deadlines and cost framework.

Box, 9023 St. Gallen, Switzerland, within 20 days of notification. Any appeal is to be submitted in duplicate and must include what is being sought, the grounds for appeal, evidence and the signature of the person lodging the appeal or his or her representative. A copy of this decision and available evidence must be included.
The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) on legal holidays do not apply in accordance with Article 56 paragraph 2 of the PPA.
