Conditions3.1 General conditions of participation- When implementing the project, the cantonal legal requirements must be complied with (see also eligibility criteria EK07 and EK08 according to Appendix A.01 Eligibility criteria and condition of participation), whereby the following decrees are of particular importance:

4.4 Essential requirements
- The contractor shall award this contract only to bidders who comply with the conditions stipulated in the tender documents and the legislation, in particular occupational health and safety regulations, rules on working conditions, equal pay regulations, as well as environmental law, competition law and anti-corruption provisions.
4.6 Additional information- The tender is subject to approval or credit release. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender or to implement it only in part if financing cannot be secured or other important reasons require this.
4.8 Procedures for appeal- An appeal against this invitation to tender may be lodged in writing with the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich, P.O. Box, 8090 Zurich, within 10 days from the date of publication.
The notice of appeal must be submitted in duplicate. It must contain an application and the reasons for it. The contested invitation to tender shall be enclosed. The appealed Evidence shall be precisely designated and, as far as possible, enclosed.
