2.1 Project title of the acquisition

I-22014/ I-22020-201 Construction pit excavation house S stage 2/3 + house O

2.2 Subject and scope of the contract

The new buildings of the hospital in Grabs consist of the two houses S and O. House S will be realized in three stages,
house O together with stage 2 of house S. The first stage of house S was put into operation in September 2020. The second stage and house O are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027. This will be followed by the third and final stage of house S which is to be handed over for operation in the fall of 2031.
The work included in this tender is to be carried out from the end of 2023 to approx. mid-2024 for house S stage 2 and House O and from approx. mid-2028 for House S Stage 3.
Further information regarding the schedulde for this tender can be found in the attachment "Besondere Bestimmungen zu BKP 201 Baugrubenaushub" and"Besondere Bestimmungen Baugrube". The contracting authority reserves the right not to execute certain tasks or stages (cf. contract figure 1 and 15.1 in particular)
