- BLS will publish an invitation to tender for the procurement of an integrated resource planning and scheduling system in SIMAP in October 2023 (specific date not yet known). The tender submission deadline is expected to be in January 2024. This is simply an advance notice to allow potential vendors to reserve resources for the preparation of their offers.

4.6 Additional information- The awarding office plans to publish the invitation to tender documents in German. With this advance notice, it aims to clarify whether a need exists for invitation to tender documents in other official languages (Art. 21. (2) VöB). Potential tenderers, who are interested in tender documents in another official language, should indicate their interest in the planned public invitation to tender by 31.08.2022 and register their interest in such documents in another language by e-mail to tabea.mueller2@bls.ch. Subject: "RFI 1312 / Company name". Please note: The draft agreement published as part of the invitation to tender will only be provided in German, since this will only be concluded in German and any contractual negotiations will also be conducted in German (procedural language). Potential tenderers, who nevertheless insist on a translation of the draft agreement, should communicate this in the same notification mentioned above.
