Subject and scope of the contract :  The main purpose of the mandate is to provide technical backstopping with specific, technical and thematic knowledge, including expertize in policy analysis, to ensure quality of the water projects (IWRM, WASH, Ground Water Management, etc.) implemented by the Swiss Cooperation in Tajikistan.
The purpose of this tendering procedure is to engage a tenderer for the Mandate «Backstopping for Water Projects implemented by the Swiss Cooperation in Tajikistan» for the period 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2028; Core Services: 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2026 (24 months) and Optional Services: 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2028 (24 months).

•Strong institutional capacities with rich experience in implementing water projects and in providing backstopping services
•Very good understanding of the mandate
•Solid organizational setup with good composition of experts with competence in WASH, IWRM and groundwater management
