2.1 Project title of the acquisition

Ausbau H09 zum Forschungsgebäude - SKP 290 Generalplaner

2.2 Subject and scope of the contract

We are looking for general planner services with overall project management function (construction management) for SIA phases 3 -5, respectively subphases 31 - 53.
The project will be realised in several stages. The currently mixed-use building "House 09" is to be used as a research building in future.
The first stage includes the expansion of the laboratory areas in the vacated space on the ground floor and on the first floor (expansion of space). The necessary ventilation technology must also be installed on the 2nd floor during this stage.
The second stage involves the renovation of the administrative areas (office areas/meeting rooms and social rooms) on the 2nd floor and the attic floor after the first stage has been completed.
During the renovation phase, the areas outside the renovation perimeter will be used for operational purposes (research laboratories).
