Appeals against ths tender shall be submitted in writing to the administrative court, Postfach, 8090 Zurich, within 10 days since its publication. Two copies of the notice of appeal shall be submitted.
The notice of appeal shall include a motion and the reasons. The contested decision must be enclosed. The invoked pieces of evidende must be signified accurately and must be enlosed, if possible.
