- A high homogeneity, ambient temperature bore, split pair, actively shielded cryogen free superconducting magnet shall be purchased. Besides the main field of 3-3.5T, the system shall provide a vector magnet with smaller fields along x,y and z.

3.3 Conditions of payment- In accordance with the general terms and conditions (GTC) awarded by the Domain of the Swiss Federal Institutes of
Technology, negotiations remain reserved. For purchase orders above CHF 100’000.-, an advance payment can be agreed on, but it must entirely (including any possible tax) be covered by a bank guarantee. Dated, signed and Company-stamped Acknowledgement of this order within five (5) days after placing the PO (the PSI Acknowledgement form is mandatory).
3.4 Costs to be included- According to specification PSI-LH35-001-2.0. The price base must be DDP-PSI Villigen (Incoterms 2010).

4.4 Essential requirements
- The client only awards public commissions for services in Switzerland to tenderers who comply with job security
regulations and the conditions of work for employees, and provide equal payment for men and women.
Integrity Clause The bidder and the instructing party undertake to take all necessary measures to avoid corruption, in particular that no payments, gifts or other advantage will be offered or accepted. Should this integrity clause be disregarded, the contractor must pay a contract penalty. This will amount to 10 % of the contract value, a minimum of CHF 3’000.- per contravention. The bidder should take note that a contravention of the integrity clause generally results in the annulment of the tender and the premature termination of the contract for important reasons by the instructing Party.

4.8 Procedures for appeal- Pursuant to Art. 30 of the Federal Act on Public Procurement, an appeal against this publication may be filed within 20 days since notification in writing in an official language of Switzerland to the Federal Administrative Court, Postfach, 9023 St.Gallen. The appeal petition must be submitted in duplicate and must contain the application, the grounds of appeal with details of the evidence and the signature of the appellant or his agent; a copy of the present publication and documents cited as evidence must be attached, provided they are in the appellant’s possession.
