Reasons: After assessment of all evaluation criteria mentioned in tender document (qualitative criteria and price) the winning bidder has received the most utility points among all the submitted bids.

The tender submitted by the successful tenderer was particularly convincing in terms of the lower price per m2 gross floor area and better consideration of the client's specifications regarding the core elements of the pavilion.
