SBB needs several strategic partners with proven expertise and qualified personnel to set up and operate a Cyber Defence Center (CDC). This applies especially to the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cyber Security Incident & Response Team (CSIRT) units, the associated management tasks and processes, the necessary tools as well as training and knowledge transfer for SBB employees.
