- Consulting services for the evaluation of existing, open standard bus / network protocols for secure communication among the on-board components of train command, control and signaling systems, short CCS. The CCS bus or CCS network to be evaluated, is described as the Universal Vital Control and Command Bus in the Alpha Architecture of the European OCORA (Open CCS On-board Reference Architecture) initiative. In particular, SBB seeks professional support regarding the following aspects: - Check the existing requirements for the CCS bus regarding application on the vehicle - Specify further requirements for the CCS bus - Collect existing, open standard bus / network protocols (OSI Layer 1-4, as well as Safety Layer) - Evaluate the collected standard bus / network protocols suitable for use as a CCS bus on the vehicle
