The mandate combines technical support in the design,
procurement and implementation of investment measures (Part 1) with the design and implementation of capacity building and institutional development measures at Pamir Energy Company (PEC) with a focus on strengthening resilience and efficiency in PECs operations and the full integrations of DRR and resilience aspects in PECs strategy and decision making (Part 2). COVID-19: In view of the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation, SECO reserves the right to adjust
or even suspend this tender. Any adjustment to the tender will be announced via simap.

This tender is part of a bilateral agreement between the Government of the Swiss Confederation and the
