3.3 Reasons for the decision to award- Reasons: The companies Zühlke Group AG and Quinten achieved a good score in the preliminary round in the award criteria and demonstrated very convincingly in their presentations that they are able to provide the required services. The two companies thus best met the requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness in terms of price, performance, references and experience of all bidders.
