2.6 Subject and scope of the contract
- SECO has committed a grant towards the Urban Transformation Project Sarajevo (UTPS) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Within the framework of this project, SECO intends to mandate consultants to accompany the implementation of the project locally in Bosnia and Herzegovina. SECO now invites consulting firms to submit proposals to provide consulting services for the Project coordination and capacity building for UTPS.

Description of options: The duration of Phase I (basic contract) is expected to be approximately 4 years (2021-2024). There is a potential for a Phase II (Option) of the Project (2025-2028). The Consultant shall offer its services for Phase II as an option (the triggering of Phase II shall be subject to prior written approval by SECO, in case SECO decides that a 2nd phase of the project will be implemented). More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
