4. Other information4.1 Conditions for tenderers from Non-Member States of the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement

4.3 On-site visit
- A Pre-Tender meeting will be arranged on 10 a.m. (Dushanbe time) September 20, 2021. The Tenderers are expected to be at PE headquarters in Khorog, 75 Gulmahmadov Street.
4.4 Essential requirements
- The contractor shall award this contract only to bidders who comply with the conditions stipulated in the tender documents and the legislation, in particular occupational health and safety regulations, rules on working conditions, equal pay regulations, as well as environmental law, competition law and anti-corruption provisions.
4.6 Additional information- COVID-19: In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation, SECO reserves the right to adjust or suspend this tender. Any adjustement
to the tender will be announced via simap. It is recommended to take into account at an early stage potential impacts on international postal services caused by COVID-19.
