2.1 Project title of the acquisition

(21020) 307 Digital Archive

2.2 Subject and scope of the contract

The NL is replacing its current solutions for the long-term archiving of digital objects. The object of this procurement is an OAIS-compliant standard solution comprising the OAIS components acquisition, data management, archive storage, administration and preservation planning. The bidder will carry out the following tasks:
- Delivery of the standard solution
- Operation of the standard solution together with the FOITT and the NL
- Operation, maintenance, upkeep and support for the standard solution
- Provision of the standard solution in a project with the NL. The bidder will adhere to the Federal Administration's Hermes project management method.
The basic services comprise:
- GL01: Provision of software and licenses
- GL02: Realisation/set-up/implementation
- GL03: Operation, maintenance and support Digital Archive

In accordance with Article 56 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), a written appeal against this decision can be lodged with the Federal Administrative Court, P.O. Box, 9023 St. Gallen, Switzerland, within 20 days of notification. Any appeal is to be submitted in duplicate and must include what is being sought, the grounds for appeal, evidence and the signature of the person lodging the appeal or his or her representative. A copy of this decision and available evidence must be included.
The provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) on legal holidays do not apply in accordance with Article 56 paragraph 2 of the PPA.
