2.6 Subject and scope of the contract
- Component A2 main supply and services:
- Underwater rehabilitation of steel plates in the Bottom Outlet tunnel - Rehabilitation of the bottom outlet radial gate - Rehabilitation of the bottom outlet roller gate - Rehabilitation of two intake roller gates Unless explicitly specified, the supply includes all specified equipment and services and secondary equipment and services, whether or not specified in detail, necessary for construction and commissioning of plant systems in compliance with local regulations and specified execution principles. The supply and services shall in all cases include the detailed inspection of existing elements, design, rehabilitation works, fabrication, supply, check, shipping, import, delivery on site, unloading and storage on site, erection, commissioning, operation tests, finishing works and services during liability period on plant equipment in agreement with the conditions of contract, the present Employer's requirements and the contract prices.
