3. Begründung

The contract for Lot 1: Supply cannot be awarded as all tenders received were either not substantially responsive to the eligibility and qualification criteria as defined in the tender documentation or did significantly exceed the cost framework. As a consequence, also the contract for Lot 2: Installation cannot be awarded.

5 Rechtsmittelbelehrung

This tender ist part of a bilateral agreement between the Government of the Swiss Confederation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Ther is no right of appeal within the frame of the above mentioned procurement procedure.
