Backstopping and Learning component for the Quality TVET for Youth (QualiTY) project. The selected partner organisation will work alongside the project implementation team to periodically assess project intervention strategies, working modalities/approaches, extract learning and provide advice to the project implementer on how to adapt project implementation to achieve results, as well as produce policy briefs destined to both policy-makers in Nepal and outside of Nepal in the field of federal state building and federal TVET systems.

made to the tenderer, whose offer has received the most utility points. The offer of the winning tenderer convinced above all regarding: -Highly qualified team members with extensive experience in policy advising at national and international level in federalized contexts in TVET sector, including Nepal. -Demonstrated a very good understanding of the mandate, including risks and constraints and how to mitigate them. -Very detailed and innovative approaches and methodologies proposed.
