Participating providers will provide their responses by the specified deadline. Participation and submission of the completed RfI questionnaire is on a voluntary basis and is non-binding. No compensation will be paid for responding to this RfI. Not participating in this RfI will not result in exclusion from any subsequent solicitation. Responding to this RfI will not give the information provider any advantage for any subsequent solicitation. Participation in this RfI does not lead to a preliminary referral with regard to a possible later call for tenders.
