Identitas AG currently has various licence agreements for Microsoft standard products, partly for the same product lines with different contract periods. As a rule, the term of the licences covers three years, but the start and end dates are sometimes different, which means a licence renewal cycle lasts around 5 years in total. The aim of this tender is to adapt the licence situation (one supplier for all Microsoft licence products) in order to simplify the licence management. In addition to renewing the Microsoft licences, the supplier procured with this tender is expected to support Identitas in optimising licence management.
