2.5 Detailed project description- Order to general contractor for civil, mechanical / piping, electrical, welding and instrumentation works for the so-called "Reverse Flow Project" which shall permit the gas flow in Tran-sitgas' high pressure gas pipeline from Italy to Germany and France.
2.6 Location of implementation- Stations Ruswil, Wallbach and Lostorf. From 2 to 12 August 2016, tenderers may, within a time-frame allotted to them by the contracting authority, conduct on-site inspections of the stations of Ruswil, Wallbach and Lostorf. Tenderers interested in such inspections are required to contact rf@transitgas.ch before 21 July 2016 for a time-frame to be allotted to them. The receipt of an e-mail-request by the contracting authority is decisive for the determination whether the deadline was respected. Inspections will be permitted only if a duly signed nondisclosure agreement (cf. para. 3.13) is provided.

19.08.2016 Languages of documents: English Further information for obtaining the tendering documentation: In order to receive the tendering documentation, all interested tenderers must submit a nondisclosure agreement to the contracting authority beforehand. The nondisclosure agreement is available for download from www.simap.ch as of the date of publication. A scan (pdf) of the duly completed and signed nondisclosure agreement (without any alterations to its contents) must be submitted by e-mail to rf@transitgas.ch (as a scan) until 21 July 2016 at the latest, followed by an original submitted by mail to Transitgas AG, attn. Mrs. Anuscha Ramezanian, Baumackerstrasse 46, CH-8050 Zürich. The e-mail containing the scan of the nondisclosure agreement must be sent from an address allowing immediate, unequivocal identification of the sending company on a domain-name-level (e.g. John.Smith@[name-of-company.com], but NOT [name-of-company]@yahoo.com). E-mails sent from domains of companies offering e-mail-services to the general public (e.g., yahoo.com, google.com, hotmail.com etc.) as well as scans of illegible, incomplete or altered nondisclosure agreements will be disregarded. The receipt of the e-mail containing the scan of the nondisclosure agreement by the contracting authority is decisive for the determination whether the deadline of 21 July 2016 was respected. After receipt of the scan of the nondisclosure agreement within the deadline, the contracting authority will submit to the interested tenderer, to the e-mail-address from which the nondisclosure agreement was sent, the access data to a dedicated FTP server from which the tendering documentation may be downloaded.

4.7 Procedures for appeal- Appeals against this tender shall be submitted in writing to the administrative court, Postfach, 8090 Zurich, within 10 days since its publication. Two copies of the notice of appeal shall be submitted.
The notice of appeal shall include a motion and the reasons. The contested decision must be enclosed. The invoked pieces of evidence must be signified accurately and must be enclosed, if possible.
