3. Conditions3.1 General conditions of participation- a) tendering firms (all members of a joint venture respectively) shall be registered in their country’s official commercial register;
b) signed Confirmation of Compliance with health and safety rules and regulations and equality between men and women in regard to equal wages

Minimum annual average turnover over the last 3 years: CHF 500’000 (main consultant excluding subcontractors or sum for all members of a Joint Venture/Consortium). 2. References (all references of participating firms are counted including subcontractors) from the last 10 years:
- Minimum 3 reference projects with implementation of investment measures in the field of DRR in transition or developing countries - Minimum 2 references projects containing capacity development measures at municipal level, preferably in transition or developing countries and with similar projects (preferably in the field of DRR)
